Work Experience

Over the years, I've spent some time working part-time and recently, full-time. I believe my work experience has given me immense insight on how my post-college day-to-day work life would look like, and this has helped me figure out what I'd love and hate doing.

 

May 2024 - Present

Head of Passion Projects & College Access Lead, Tads Education

  • Helping students discover their passions, ideate, and build passion projects.

  • Some projects built under my mentorship: a technology solution for farmers’ needs in Rajasthan (inventory management, safe loans, connecting buyers and sellers), a theatrical educational project on breast cancer, etc.

  • Built a process for passion projects and wrote the primary branding content for the company

  • Managed a budget of $90,000 to allocate to low-income families for free college counseling and high school mentorship; applied marketing strategies which increased our applicant pool from 6 to 1,200 within a week. 

  • Hired 2 employees and managing the research and content divisions.

August 2022 - July 2023

Online Learning Engagement Researcher, WiseApp (LMS)

  • Researched talk time, gamification, and online teaching methods and wrote 20 SEO-driven blogs.

  • 2000+ leads generated for the B2B sales with ≥50% conversion rate.

  • Wrote 10 email copies and edited WhatsApp marketing copies.

  • Youngest intern and the only high schooler who worked with the company.

March 2023 - July 2023 

Entrepreneurship and Campaign Design Mentor

  • Mentor for the sustainability group at Redefined, an international NPO’s, sustainability group; guided Masters and Bachelors students in their campaign design and execution.

  • Mentor and panelist for the Teen Founders’ Club, mentored 7 teens to start their ventures; helped them with revenue strategy, team building strategy, and campaign design.

January 2023

Game Development Intern, Vision Empower 

  • Developed 5 computational thinking games for the visually impaired.

  • Brainstormed best practices to teach computational thinking and logic to students.

February 2021 - April 2021

Content Writer and Marketing at 3Ediots (company has shut down now)                 

  • Youngest intern the company ever hired, and got selected among 4000+ applicants.

  • Shadowed their app-building work

  • Managed all the required content writing work, including drafting business pitches, writing articles for the company's blog, all the content for their website, and content for the digital solutions the company built for their clients. 

  • Managed the Campus Ambassador/Marketing team.
